Italian chef Francesco Mazzei presents a new modern Italian restaurant at Battersea Power Station, named Fiume (Italian word for 'river').
Francesco Mazzei oversees Fiume as Chef Patron, but will hand over the day-to-day running of the kitchen to Head Chef, Francesco Chiarelli. Chiarelli has worked alongside Francesco for over five years, having joined him and his brigade at L'Anima before moving to Sartoria.

Wright Brothers are the London seafood experts with four restaurants across London located in Soho, Spitalfields, South Kensington and Borough Market.
