Morning Films & Garden Entry
What better way to start the day than with a great family favourite film, before staying on and enjoying Kew Garden’s unique beauty – it really is the perfect day out. Daytime films will be played with headphones.
From Jurassic Park to Disney’s Encanto Sing-Along, we have an incredible line-up of epic adventures and magical toe-tapping films, perfect for a summer’s afternoon with the whole family to enjoy. Daytime films will be played with headphones.
And in true Luna Cinema style, we have a fantastic selection of extraordinary films from perennial classics to brand-new blockbusters, for a summer’s evening of alfresco cinema – complemented with our full Luna Bar offering.
Directions & Travel
Kew the Movies will be located adjacent to the Pavilion Bar and Grill and we recommend using Lion Gate for easiest access.
Travelling by Car
Parking at Kew is extremely limited, with spaces available on a first come, first serve basis. The car park is by Brentford gate. Please plan ahead if you are considering driving to Kew, as we cannot guarantee available spaces.Please be aware that the car park closes 30 minutes after the Gardens close and will not be open for evening screenings. Travelling by Public Transport
By bus: Route 65 stops close to Lion Gate which is the entrance you’ll need to use.
By train: Kew Bridge Station is 800m from Elizabeth Gate, via Kew Bridge. South West Trains runs services from Waterloo, via Vauxhall and Clapham Junction. Please note, there is no level access at Kew Bridge.
By Tube: Kew Gardens Station is 500m from Victoria Gate. It is Zone 3 and is served by the District Line (Richmond branch) and London Overground.
Venue & Event Information
You can only access the event location at the time of your screening, please check the Doors Open time listed on your film of choice. For those coming to a morning screening, your ticket will allow you to enjoy the beauty of Kew Gardens following your film. Afternoon and Evening films do not include Garden entry due to finish time of these films.
Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic from home, but please don’t pack any alcohol. Only alcohol purchased on-site is permitted.
For morning and afternoon screenings, headphones will be used to allow you to enjoy the magic of your favourite movies on the big screen while Kew Gardens are open to other visitors.
