Tickets not arrived?
All tickets will be issued as PDF attachments within your email confirmation. These will be sent to the email address that you entered at the point of purchase – please check your junk/spam folders if they haven’t hit your inbox shortly after purchase. If you purchased your ticket through our website, emails will come from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although most tickets are sold through our website, we do sometimes also sell tickets via other ticketing partners. Therefore your ticket was bought via another platform, you’ll need to speak to whoever issued your ticket.
